This month, the theme of our annual leadership retreat was ACCELERATING THE POWER OF CULTURE. I had the privilege of speaking at my family business’s leadership retreat and sharing the origin story of how my Dad, our founder, built the strong foundational culture that the team is living & breathing at The Sixth Level today!
